Attached is our easement form that will need to be signed by any land owners that our lines has to cross. This form also
needs to be notarized and the original mailed to me at 9 Entergy Ct, Little Rock 72211.
We will require 2-4" conduits at a depth of 36" to the top of the conduit from the pole to the transformer location. You
can only have 1-90 degree tun in the middle of the run.
