Sebrina,
As long as you can verify there are sufficient utility easements in the rear of the two lots for our gas line feeding Kroger
and the buildings from the rear, I have no issue with the lot split. On the plat, our gas main is shown further to the north
than it actually is. However, this was likely a mapping error on our part, just wanted to inform you. It more or less
follows the edge of pavement/asphalt at the rear of the lots.

process for the Rezone of the site and starting the drafting of the plat. I have attached a copy of the survey that we did
of the site, as well as a vicinity map and the sewer map that we obtained from PAgis. Would you mind taking a look at
this information and let me know if you guys will require any easements for the lines on the site? If easements are
required, will you please provide me with the sizes needed? We will then have them added to the plat and send it to you
for approval? We are under a tight deadline for getting the plat completed. I just wanted to get input from you and put
this on your radar. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you should have any questions.

The 8" Ductile Iron Pipe that runs North and South along the East side of the property is in an easement and needs to be

Attached is a screen shot of our facilities as entered in GIS. The light green in underground 3 phase and the dark green is
overhead 3 phase.
We need a 30 foot wide easement for the overhead along the south fence line where the existing line is built. We need
a 10 foot wide easement for the underground line cutting along the northern most road in the parking lot. We need a
14 foot square easement around the existing transformer locations.
