NOW, THEREFORE, Developer, for and in consideration of the benefits to accrue to it, its Successors and Assigns, which benefits it acknowledges to be of value, has caused to be made a Plat, showing a survey made by Paul M. White, Registered Land Surveyor dated and bearing a Certificate of Approval executed by the Department of Comprehensive Planning of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and showing the boundaries and dimensions of the Real Property now being divided into a Lot and Tract (the "Plat") The land embraced in the Plat shall be forever known as Lot 14, The Village at Rahling Road, -Little Rock, Arkansas and Tract D, The Village at Rahling Road, Little Rock, Arkansas, and any and every deed of conveyance of the Lot or Tract describing the same as shown on said Plat shall always be deemed a sufficient description thereof.
