This Seventeenth Supplemental to Bill of Assurance of Chenal Valley Commercial
Neighborhood is made by Deltic Timber Corporation, formerly known as Deltic Farm & Timber Co.,
Inc., (the "Developer" or the "Declarant") as hereinafter set forth.
WHEREAS, Developer caused to be filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas that certain Bill of Assurance of Chenal Valley Commercial
Neighborhood on September 30,1996 as Instrument No. 96-68199 (the "Original Bill ofAssurance")
creating the Chenal Valley Commercial Neighborhood, a First Supplemental Bill of Assurance on
February 19, 1997 as Instrument No. 9.7-10852, a Second Supplemental Bill of Assurance on
November 7, 1997 as Instrument No. 97-074244, a Third Supplemental Bill of Assurance on
September 24, 1998 as Instrument No. 98-074071, a Fourth Supplemental Bill of Assurance on
December 22, 1998 as Instrument No. 98-101872, a Fifth Supplemental Bill of Assurance on
December 31, 1998 as Instrument No. 98-103569, a Sixth Supplemental Bill of Assurance on April
1, 1999, as Instrument No. 99-02667, a Sixth Supplemental Bill of Assurance on August 20, 1999

WHEREAS, the following real property is part of the Chenal Valley Commercial
Neighborhood and subject to the Original Bill of Assurance (but not the previous supplements
thereto), to wit:
PART OF SECTION 36, T-2-N, R-14-3, LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY,
ARKANSAS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 8B, THE VILLAGE AT
RAHLING ROAD, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; THENCE S 24027'17"W
ALONG THE WEST LINE OF LOT 8B, 281.89 FT.; THENCE N36010'57"W,
197.55 FT.; THENCE N58o23114"E, 241.12 FT. TO A POINT ON THE WEST
RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF RAHLING CIRCLE; THENCE ALONG SAID WEST
RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE BEING THE ARC OF A 199.00 FT. RADIUS CURVE TO
THE LEFT, A CHORD BEARING AND DISTANCE OF S43044'21"E, 40.47 FT.
TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 29.009 SQ. FT. OR 0.6660
ACRES MORE OR LESS.
WHEREAS, the previously described Unplatted Property is being platted as Lot 8A, The
Village at Rahling Road, Little Rock, Arkansas.
WHEREAS, Developer files this Seventeenth Supplemental Bill of Assurance to reflect the
new legal description of the Unplatted Property as Lot 8A, The Village at Rahling Road, Little Rock,
¶Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, Developer, for and in consideration of the benefits to accrue to it, its
Successors and Assigns, which benefits it acknowledges to be of value, has caused to be made a Plat,

showing a survey made by Paul M. White, Registered Land Surveyor dated %- 3 - o.3 , and
bearing a Certificate of Approval executed by the Department of Comprehensive Planning of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and showing the boundaries and dimensions of the Real Property now
being divided into a Lot (the "Plat").
The land embraced in the Plat shall be forever known as Lot 8A, The Village at Rahling
Road, Little Rock, Arkansas, and any and every deed of conveyance of the Lot describing the same
as shown on said Plat shall always be deemed a sufficient description thereof.
Said land herein platted and any interest therein is hereby subject to all those certain terms,
covenants and restrictions contained in the Bill of Assurance of Chenal Valley Commercial
Neighborhood filed September 30, 1996 as Instrument No. 9668199, all of which are incorporated
herein by reference and made a part hereof and Deltic Timber Purchasers, Inc. executes this
Eighteenth Supplemental to the Bill of Assurance of Chenal Valley Commercial Neighborhood for
the purposes set forth in Paragraph 23 of the Original Bill of Assurance.
