TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 9A; THENCE S66034'21"W, 202.78 FT.; THENCE N31038'39W, 25.00 FT.; THENCE N24o27117"E, 359.29 FT. TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF RAHLING CIRCLE; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE BEING THE ARC OF A 199.00 FT. NOW, THEREFORE, Developer, for and in consideration of the benefits to accrue to it, its Successors and Assigns, which benefits it acknowledges to be of value, has caused to be made a Plat, showing a survey made by Paul M. Said land herein platted and any interest therein is hereby subject to all those certain terms, covenants and restrictions contained in the Bill of Assurance of Chenal Valley Commercial Neighborhood filed September 30, 1996 as Instrument No. 9668199, all of which are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof and Deltic Timber Purchasers, Inc. executes this Fourteenth Supplemental to the Bill of Assurance of Chenal Valley Commercial Neighborhood for the purposes set forth in Paragraph 23 of the Original Bill of Assurance.
