These amended plats are necessary as a result of buildings encroaching over property lines of parcels 3, and 1 a. To accommodate these buildings the property lines were moved to eliminate the encroachment. Also enclosed is a check for $580 as per our telephone conversation on 05/14/02, to cover the platting fees. We will proceed with having the Utility companies sign off on the plats as you do your review. Please forward the extra copy of these plats to Public Works for their review. This is the reason the the Replat idea for both Phase I & Phase II. Please find attached a copy of the Phase II "As Builts" showing the buildings that are encroaching. Also find a copy of Phase I "As Builts" showing the areas for revisions around these two buildings. We are very interested in the procedure required for replating these two phases with the revisions necessary to eliminate the encroachments. Please call with questions.
