AND WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable and necessary to replat said lands. gain
NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantors have caused said lands to be surveyed by McGetrick
Engineering, Inc., Engineers and Land Surveyors, and a plat made thereof identified by the title
"Lots 1 and 2, Hope Addition, Being a Replat of Part of Tract 39, Gloecklers Acres, Little Rock,
Arkansas". The plat bears the signatures of Patrick M. McGetrick, Registered Professional
Engineer, and Robert C. Lowe, Jr., Registered Professional Land Surveyor, the signatures of the
Grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission
and is recorded in the records of the Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as Plat
The filing of this plat for record shall constitute a complete and valid delivery of any and
all easements and/or rights -of -way which may be shown or designated on the plat.
The lands embraced by the p;at shall be forever known as "Lots 1 and 2, Hope Addition,
Little Rock, Arkansas" and all future conveyances shall refer to the lot number(s) as designated on
the plat.
The Grantors further certify that Zoning Ordinances and Building Codes of the City of
