This letter outlines a proposal to expand the existing Vibe and Vision Content Studio by
incorporating an event space within the current facility located at 1124 S. Battery, Little
Rock, AR 72202.
Currently operating as a dedicated space for content creators, photographers, and
videographers, Vibe and Vision seeks to enhance its offerings and contribute positively
to the local community.
The addition of an event space will allow us to:
• Increase revenue streams: by hosting a variety of events, such as workshops,
seminars, networking events, and social gatherings, we can generate significant
additional revenue.
Enhance community engagement: The event space will provide a platform for
local artists, musicians, and entrepreneurs to showcase their talents and connect
with the community.
• Support local businesses: by partnering with local food trucks and caterers, we
can offer a diverse range of dining options for event attendees, boosting the local
economy.
• Create a vibrant and dynamic space: The event space will transform Vibe and
Vision into a multi -functional hub for creativity, community, and entertainment.
