Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide description of exterior construction materials.
2. Provide elevations of proposed quadplex.
3. Provide a parking plan
4. All signage must comply with Section 36-552 of the Zoning Code.
5. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
6. Will there be a dumpster, if so, all dumpster areas must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. If no dumpster, will regular city trash pickup
be used?
