Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Z-10128 Orndorff #3 - PD-R 703 East 21st Street Development Staff Comments: 1. Provide description of exterior construction materials. Brick & asphalt shingles 2. Provide elevations of proposed quadplex. They will be similar to those shown on the picture provided. Unable to provide elevation due to lack of time. 3. Provide a parking plan Will utilize street parking. 4. All signage must comply with Section 36-552 of the Zoning Code. Will comply. 5. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. Will comply. 6. Will there be a dumpster, if so, all dumpster areas must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. If no dumpster, will regular city trash pickup be used? No.
