Our plan would be to remove the existing automatic machinery out of the two bays and use the bays as our detail/wash bays. We do all of our services by hand so we would not require the automatic machinery. We would want to potentially add a small office/check in desk building on the property. We would also add a metal awning where the current out door vacuum cleaners are located. No washing would be done outside the building. Other than that we would not require more changes on the building/property besides painting & rebranding. - Elizabeth Vargas (Duckys Owner)
