We would be transferring over our current business that is located across the street at 7310 Cantrell Rd. We would be adding a small office/lobby space with a bathroom on the site next to the building. Our plan is to also add an awning behind the building to use for shade on vehicles. All Washing and detailing will be done inside the Bays/Building. a. Small Office check in building (Adding a 600-700sqft Building including a Bathroom and office) b. Metal Awning addition (Adding a 12ft high by 36ft Length by 36ft width awning in rear) c. dimensions from proposed building and awning to all property lines. (office/check in Building will be 20ft. wide with a depth of 42.2ft ) (Awning will be connected to back of building with a square shape of 36ft in Length and 36ft in depth covering what is known the automated carwash kiosk) d. Parking Plan We plan to park staff cars on left side of building (3-4) Cars and keeping Customer cars inside bays and under Awning for parking. 2. Provide description of exterior building materials. ( Concrete blocks) 3. Provide hours and days of operation.( Monday-Saturday 8am-6pm Sunday 9am-4pm) 4. All signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the Zoning Code. (Signage existing on property already and up to code,Will just be rebranded) 5. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.(sight lighting will not be changed) 6. Will there be a dumpster, if so, all dumpster areas must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. (Dumpster already exisitng on property in specific dumpster location per the original build out of property)
