RE: Z-10124 Ducky’s Premium Auto Spa - Conditional Use Permit 7011 Cantrell Road Development Staff Comments: 1. Provide complete and detailed site plan showing the following: a. Small Office check in building b. Metal Awning addition c. dimensions from proposed building and awning to all property lines. d. Parking Plan 2. Provide description of exterior building materials. 3. Provide hours and days of operation. 4. All signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the Zoning Code. 5. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. 6. Will there be a dumpster, if so, all dumpster areas must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
