Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide clearer site plan showing the following:
a. Proposed Accessory Building
b. Dimensions of Accessory Building
c. Dimensions of Accessory Building to all property lines
2. Provide square footage of proposed Accessory Building and square footage of the Accessory Dwelling portion.
3. Show any new driveways and parking areas on site plan.
4. Show existing residence on site plan.
5. Provide description of accessory building’s exterior materials.
