feet; thence S 87°53’59” E, 28.5 feet to a point on the east line thereof; thence S 2°17’11” W, along said east line, 0.5 feet to the SE corner of said Lot 7; thence N 87°53’59” W,
along South line thereof, 50 feet to the SW corner thereof; thence N 2°17’11” E, along west line thereof, 144.25 feet to the point of beginning.
