To whom it may concern with the City of Little Rock Zoning/ DOE Childcare Licensing:
The childcare center next door to me has been in existence for over 30+ years. My family has never had an issue with it. My son, now 27 years old, attended when he
was an infant. Also, previously, the center's playground was in my family's backyard for many years.
