HomeMy WebLinkAboutParking Agreement (AFGC) 120924Cover Letter Yolanda Hadley (501) 658-7064 Y ha d i ey27@gr_tta.ijl.co n ) November 4, 2024 The Planning and Development Committee I am writing to express my strong interest in getting the Daycare that my aunt started over 30 plus years ago rezoned to allow the continue use of servicing low-income families. The daycare has a proven track record in providing exceptional care in the community, there hasn't been any complaints in the past 30 years and over 300 families have benefited from the daycare being in the community. As a dedicated and experienced childcare professional, I am excited about the opportunity to keep my aunt's legacy alive, I am also excited about the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment. Antioch Blvd has been designated for as the pickup and drop off zone. If parking isn't available in the pickup/drop off zone, the Antioch Full Gospel Baptist church which sits directly in front of the daycare has allowed the daycare permission to use the parking lot. The daycare hours of operations are Monday— Friday, 6:00 am — 6:00 pm and closed on the weekend and special holidays. No evening care will be provided. At any given time, the daycare will have up to 16 children and up to three staff depending on the child/staff ratio. A bill of assurance doesn't exist for this subdivision. (see attached document for the Pulaski County clerk office). Attached you will find a letter from the neighbor who has also allowed over the years the daycare to utilize her backyard space and from the Antioch Full Gospel Church regarding parking.
