The Notices must post marked by February 26 2. What time is the meeting? The meeting for the March Agenda is March 13, 2025 beginning at 4:00pm. 3. How do we provide proof that we mailed off regular mail? Attached is the “Regular Mail Affidavit” you are required to submit along with the receipt from the Post Office for the stamps you bought.  4. Are there any other requirements for the March meeting other than resending out the letters that will further delay the process? Attached also are “Comments from Other Departments”. We never received a response to these comments. We will need you to respond. Your “Z number” is Z-10116. Find that number in the attached “comments from other departments” and respond only to your comments. I have provided the contact information for each department.
