Markham Little Rock, AR 72201 Re: The Baptist Preparatory School (Formerly Arkansas Baptist School System) Monte: As requested, I have attached an updated master site plan for the above mentioned project. It updates the current approved C.U.P. plan you have on file (02-03-06). Please update your file for this project. Additionally, The Baptist Preparatory School will be adding a new addition to the current building. We are proposing a relocation of the existing entrance drive at the south comer of the lot. The proposed drive relocation will be a dedicated entrance and dedicated exit drive. In the future, we plan to have a guard shack between the entrance and exit dedicated drives. The entrance drive exceeds the required 100' distance from the corner of the property (109"- 0" from centerline of entrance drive to corner of lot). The exit drive is less than required from the corner (61'- 8" from centerline of exit drive to corner of lot). Therefore, we are asking for a variance to allow that exit drive to be closer to the corner of the lot.
