Please find enclosed copies of an application to rezone the subject property along with
copies of the survey and site plan. I am proposing the rezoning of our property to allow
it to be used for luxury vacation cabins for vacationing travelers and for a future special
event center for hosting events such as birthday celebrations, weddings and other
ceremonies, receptions, corporate functions, or similar activities that involves the gathering
of individuals, other than the property owners, that desire to assemble for the common
purpose of attending a special event.
The project will begin with the construction of one or two cabins with the remaining cabins
and event center to be constructed in the future.
