Provide revised site plan showing your phasing plan.
Will proposed drives and parking be paved?
Will the individual cabins be rented as individual Short-Term Rentals?
Provide typical hours/days of operation for proposed event center.
Provide maximum number of guests for events.
Will there be any ticketed events?
Will on-site food service be provided for events?
Provide details on trash collection and disposal.
Provide details about any signage to be places on site.
Provide maximum height for each building.
