Just Peachy Event Center - Conditional Use Application

Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide maximum number of people allowed per event. Our maximum will be 99 people (including both guests and staff). Per a conversation with Fire Marshal Derek Ingram as well as someone
in code enforcement (and a consultation with an architect), we’ve been advised that since we do not plan to install a sprinkler system at this time, our maximum will be 99. That fits
right in alignment with our target event type, which typically ranges from 50 – 100 people.
2. Will there be any ticketed events? While we anticipate that the majority usage of our space will be corporate or individual rentals, we do anticipate exploring ticketed events. For
example, we’ve considered things like lecture series or corporate development sessions that could be ticketed to cover basic operating costs.
