Provide hours and days of operation for the tire shop. 2. Will there be outside storage of tires and equipment; if so, show on site plan. 3. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. 4. Any signage must comply with Section 36-555 (signs permitted in institutional and office zones). 5. How will the tires be disposed of? 6. Any new dumpster area must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
