I am writing to formally request a permit for operating a short-term rental at my property located
at 30 Summerland Ct, Little Rock, AR 72227. As a new homeowner, I specifically purchased
this property with the intention of offering it as a short-term rental, and I am committed to
ensuring that this endeavor benefits both the neighborhood and potential guests.
My goal is to create a welcoming and positive experience for visitors while adding value to our
community. By offering a high -quality rental experience, I will attract visitors who will spend
money at local businesses, restaurants, and attractions, thereby supporting the local economy.
I plan to utilize nearby services for cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, and other essential
needs. This approach will bolster local service providers, fostering their business growth, while
ensuring high standards in property maintenance and enhancing the overall appearance and
value of both the property and its surrounding area within the neighborhood.
The property will be equipped with essential safety features such as smoke and carbon
monoxide detectors, outdoor security camera, and secure locks to ensure a safe environment
for guests.
I understand that new short-term rentals can raise concerns, and I am dedicated to being a
considerate and responsible neighbor. I am committed to managing the rental responsibly and
maintaining a positive relationship with the neighborhood. I am open to feedback and willing to
