Attached is the Notice of Public Hearing Affidavit and “Regular Mail” affidavit for the February 13, 2025, Planning Commission meeting.
You should be aware of your Z -number already. If not, please feel free to contact me. If you mailed notices correctly the first time, Commission by-laws states that you may use “regular
mail” to send notices to surrounding property owners as provided by the title search. Please provide to staff the completed notice form attached, regular mail affidavit and the postage
receipt as per the dates below.
If notices were not mailed correctly, or you failed to mail notices as required, they must be sent via certified mail. Please follow the directions for numbers 1-3 below.
Notices must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, January 29, 2025.
Please provide the following notice exhibits below to Development staff no later than Friday, January 31, 2025.
Proof of notification. (Completed Notice of Public Hearing Form - attached).
Copy of the certified abstract list. (Please note the abstract list must come from a licensed title and/or abstract company).
Certified mail receipts (The small green/white receipts reflecting the postmark stamp affixed at the post office. Please fill out the receipts to include the landowner’s address as it
appears on the title search).
Finally, applicants are required to provide a photo to staff demonstrating the sign provided by this office was posted at the site. Please note the sign must be visible from the street.
