WHEREAS, PAR -FOUR LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company ("Grantor") is the
owner of the real property described as Lot 11, Hickory Grove Subdivision, Phase II, an addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas as platted in Replat and Restated Bill of Assurance to Hickory
Grove Subdivision Phase II filed for record on September 21, 2010, as Instrument No. 2010058462.
NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor has caused said Lot 11 to be surveyed by White-Daters &
Associates, Inc. and a replat made thereof, identified by the title "Plat of Lot 11 R, Hickory Grove
Subdivision Phase II, an Addition, City of Little Rock, Arkansas," being a replat of Lot 11 of
Hickory Grove Subdivision, Phase 2, said Plat bearing a Certificate of Surveying Accuracy by
11 1' CPIO. , Registered Land Surveyor, a Certificate of Engineering Accuracy by Timothy
E. Daters, Registered Professional Engineer No. 5033, a Certificate of Owner by Grantor, and a
Certificate of Final Approval by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and is filed for record as Plat
## in the real estate records of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The filing of the plat for record shall constitute a complete and valid delivery of any and all
easements and rights -of -way shown on the Plat.
The land embraced in the plat shall be forever known as Lot 11R, Hickory Grove
Subdivision Phase 2, an addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and
every deed of conveyance shall bear the lot designation as indicated on the plat.
