KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT
That whereas Patricia Mae Cranford, Trustees, or her successor In trust, under the Cranford Living Trust,
dated October 21, 1993,are the owners of Lot 48, Bella View Subdivision -Hickory Grove Phase I, an Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, Alpha 0. Burkhalter is the owners of Lot 49, Bella Vlew Subdivision -Hickory Grove
Phase I, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and EVMARK Development, LLC is the
owner of Lot 50R, Replat of Phase III Hickory Grove Subdivision, an Addition to the City of 1-Iitle Rack, Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
That, Patricia Mae Cranford, Alpha 0 Burkhalter and EVMark Development, LLC, hereinafter termed
grantors, have caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Land Surveyors and
a plat thereof made which is identified by the title of Lots 48R, 49R, and 50RR, Bella View Subdivislon•Hlckory
Grove, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor
and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and Is on
ecord In #h ffice of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument No.
{} r7ij Z and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced In said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The purpose of this plat is to make change the lot lines between the three lots to make the wall the boundary
line, The walls are shared and parties on both sides of the walls must share the expense for repairs and maintenance of
the wall: No change In easements from the original recorded plats.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said prom: ty shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas,
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record In the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-oficio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements, shown on the said plat.
