CONCURRENCE TO VACATE
A DEDICATED STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
BE IT KNOWN BY THESE PRESENT "Southwestern Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Arkansas concurs
in the request to release its interest in UNDEVELOPED City Street Right -of -Ways. The address of the
nearest Structure is 13,300 Dunbar, Little Rock, AR 72223. Block 8, Lots are on the Exhibit "B" and they
are 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13.
SURVEY DESCRIPTION:
Please see attached Boundary Sketch and Exhibit "B" for the portion to be vacated.
-AT&T Arkansas has no facilities within this City Right -of -Way and has no plans to utoize 6i tie future.

Josephine Pankey Third Addition to the City of Little Rock
Mr. Grooms:
Central Arkansas Water (CAW) has no objections regarding the City of Little Rock right-of-way closures shown
on the enclosed provided Exhibit "A" depicting the closure of the north -south 10-foot wide alley in Block 8 of the
Josephine Pankey Third Addition to the City of Little Rock. CAW does not currently have and does not plan to
install any public water facilities in the said alley. No needed easements are required as part of this right-of-way
closure.

To whom it is concerned,
Summit Utilities does not object to the abandonment of the ROW described in the emails and documents we received
on April 2nd, 2024 regarding existing property near 13300 Dunbar, Little Rock, AR 72223.
Summit Utilities recommends calling Arkansas One Call at 811 or visiting askonecall.com to have all utilities located and
marked prior to any excavation activities. If any exposure of Summit Utilities' facilities occurs, please contact Dylan Byrd
at (501)366-2028 immediately.

At your request this letter is to confirm that Entergy Arkansas, LLC has no
objection to the closures of the alleyway which bisects Block 8 of Josephine Pankey
Third Addition to the City of Little Rock or the portions of the unnamed platted
streets immediately on the East and South sides of Block 8 of Josephine Pankey
Third Addition to the City of Little Rock as shown on the Plat filed for record
September 6, 1909 and recorded October 2, 1909 in the Office of the Circuit Clerk
Ex Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
