TO BE HELD BY THE LITTLE ROCK BOARD OF DIRECTORS
ON A PETITION
TO CLOSE A "PORTION OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
TO ALL OWNERS OF LAND ABUTTING THE BELOW DESCRIBED STREET OR ALLEY
CLOSURE:
Notice is hereby given on , at 6:00 P.M. in the Chamber of the
Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Second Floor, City Hall, Markham and Broadway Streets,
the Little Rock Board of Directors will hold a public hearing on a petition filed by:
ANCHOR REALTY INVESTMENTS, LLC, D. ALAN BUBBUS, MANAGER
Said petition requests the abandonment of public right-of-way described as follows:
