A petition is hereby submitted to the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas through the
Little Rock Planning Commission, requesting a closure of the following described public right-of-way.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION- The owner has acquired all lots in the blocks shown in the attached
exhibits and seeks abandonment of the rihts-of-wa marked A and B in the right-of-way drawin
marked with red that is included herein so the property may be consolidated into one parcel.
LOCATION: SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS
OWNER: ANCHOR REALTY INVESTMENTS LLC
SIZE: STREET/ALLEY SQ. FT. LESS THAN 8.700 ACRES LESS THAN .2 ACRES
Title to this public right-of-way will transfer to: ANCHOR REALTY INVESTMENTS LLC

UNDEVELOPED, WILD, AN UNIMPROVED
Desired use of the right-of-way after closure:

It is understood that notice of the public hearing hereon before the Little Rock Planning Commission
