Tyler Mr. Vance. Attached please find a diagram of a proposed alley closure in the Hillcrest area of Little Rock. Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church is requesting the closure in order to construct a new parking lot across Lots 1,2,9 and 10 of the city block bounded by N. Tyler, N. Harrison and J Streets. There is a single power pole in the alley that we expect to maintain. We plan to submit our closure request to the City of Little Rock by next Tuesday (9/17) and will need your input regarding the proposal at your earliest convenience. Please call if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for your help. Tyler - Alley Abandonment Good afternoon; I hope your day is going well. As we discussed earlier, LRWRA currently has an active sewer main within the area of interest. In order for the proposed abandonment to be approved, LRWRAwould require a 10 foot sewer easement that is centered on the existing main. This should allow you to abandon the alley and proceed with construction while also enabling us to protect our assets. Please contact me if you have any questions. The house at 1016 N. Harrison (one story) will remain for the near term. Perhaps for a year or more. We will retain the pole for Entergy. Please advise on how you would like us to proceed and your requirements to allow for alley closure.
