A petition is hereby submitted to the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas through the
Little Rock Planning Commission, requesting a closure of the following described public right-of-way.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: North 100' of Alley on the city block bounded by N. Tyler,
N. Harrison and J Streets
LOCATION: North 100' of Alley, Block 9, Hollenberg Addition, City of Little Rock
SIZE: 2,000 SQ FT 0.046 ACRES
Title to this public right-of-way will transfer to:
Anthony B. Taylor, Bishop, Roman Catholic Diocese of Little Rock
Present use of the property to which street right-of-way or alley will be joined. R2 / CUP
Desired use of the right-of-way after closure: Church Parking
It is understood that notice of the public hearing hereon before the Little Rock Planning Commission
will be circulated by the applicant at his/her expense to all parties in interest.
