CONCURRENCE TO VACATE

BE IT KNOWN BY THESE PRESENT "Southwestern Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Arkansas concurs
in the request to release its interest in the South Battery Street Closure of lots 7-10 Block 5 of Union
Depot Addition, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
,,T&? Arkansas approves of a city ordinance in accordance with the vacating of the South Battery Street ROW for
oad/street development specified in this Petition and that it will not impede nor interfere with our utility service
to this area nor the city of Little Rock as a whole and by our signature below provide release and our approval of
the city council and mayor to consider this Petition for approval.
aT&T Arkansas has no facilities within this Right -of -Way and has no plans to utilize it in the future.

Attached is a copy of the recorded easement. Central Arkansas Water approves of closing S Battery St
from W 2nd St. to the North property lines of Lots 3, Block 4 of Union Depot Addition, Little Rock,
Arkansas, and Lot 10, Block 5 of Union Depot Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas. All Central Arkansas
Water requirements in effect at the time of request for water service must be met.

Pursuant to your request, this letter is to confirm that Entergy Arkansas,
LLC currently does not have existing electrical facilities that may be affected by
the closure of that certain portion of South Battery Street, Little Rock, Arkansas
as proposed by TJM Properties. Consequently, Entergy Arkansas, LLC has no
objection to the closure of that certain portion of South Battery- Street, Little Rock,
Arkansas lying between Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6 of Block 4 and Lots 7, 8, 9, and 10 of
Block 5 as depicted and shown on the land ownership map attached hereto which
