A petition is hereby submitted to the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas through the
Little Rock Planning Commission, requesting a closure of the following described public right-of-way.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The south 180.82' of the Battery Street Right-of-way between 2nd Street and
Markham Street in the Union Depot Addition to the City of Little Rock. Pulaski County Arkansas.
LOCATION: S. Battery Street between Lots 3, 4, 5. and 6 Block 4 of Union Depot Addition and Lots 7. 8, 9, and 10
Block 5 of Union Depot Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas

SIZE: 2,900 sq. ft. SQ. FT. ACRES
Title to this public right-of-way will transfer to:
TJM Third and Bishop Properties, LLC
Present use of the property to which street right-of-way or alley will be joined: Single-family Residential;
Multi -family Residential
Desired use of the right-of-way after closure: Mixed -use development.
It is understood that notice of the public hearing hereon before the Little Rock Planning Commission
will be circulated by the applicant at his/her expense to all parties in interest.
