Home My WebLink About16633 1 RESOLUTION NO. 16,633 2 3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER 4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH LANDSCAPE STRUCTURES, INC., IN AN 5 AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS 6 (100,000.00), FOR RENOVATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE 7 PLAYGROUND AT WAR MEMORIAL PARK; AND FOR OTHER 8 PURPOSES. 9 10 WHEREAS, maintenance for the Playground at War Memorial Park ("Playground") has been 11 deferred for several years; and, 12 WHEREAS,there is a need for renovations and improvements to the Playground; and, 13 WHEREAS, the contract for this project shall be in an amount not to exceed One Hundred 14 Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00); and, 15 WHEREAS, vendor selection was made utilizing the Sourcewell Agreement #010521-LSI 16 and#010721-LSI, as authorized by Resolution No. 16,603 (February 18,2025). 17 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE 18 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS: 19 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Landscape Structures, Inc., 20 in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) for renovations and 21 improvements to the Playground at War Memorial Park. 22 Section 2.
