3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH RIVER CITY HYDRAULICS, INC., IN AN
5 AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND
6 ($140,000.00) DOLLARS, PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES, FOR
7 THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) BUCHER CITYCAT V20 SWEEPER FOR
8 THE FLEET VEHICLE STORAGE DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER
9 PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS, Fleet Services Vehicle Storage Department has a need for one(1)Bucher CityCat V20
12 Sweeper for the maintenance of Vehicle Storage Parking Areas;and,
13 WHEREAS, vendor selection was made through Sourcewell Contract No. 093021-BUC, pursuant to
14 Little Rock,Ark.,Resolution No. 16,603 (February 18,2025); and,
15 WHEREAS,the total cost of this purchase is in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Forty Thousand
16 Dollars($140,000.00),plus applicable taxes and fees.
17 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
18 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
19 Section 1.The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with River City Hydraulics,Inc.,for
20 the purchase of one (1) Bucher CityCat V20 Sweeper, in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Forty
21 Thousand Dollars($140,000.00),plus applicable taxes and fees.
22 Section 2.Funds for this purchase are available from the Fleet Services Vehicle Storage Account No.
23 601001-72200.
24 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
25 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
26 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
27 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
28 resolution.
29 Section 4.Repealer.All laws, ordinances, resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
30 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
