LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All of Lot 277 and that part of Lot 276, KINGWOOD PLACE, an
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point the West line of
said Lot 276 which point is 27 feet South of the NW comer of said lot and
is also the intersection of the west line of said lot and the north end of a
masonry wall; thence East 1 feet along the north end of a masonry wall;
thence Southwesterly along the East side of said masonry 33.2 feet to the
Southeast corner along of a concrete porch; thence Northwesterly 2.2 feet
along the South edge of concrete porch to a point on the West line of said
Lot 276; thence Northerly along said West line a distance o£33.5 feet to
the point of beginning.
NOTES:
• #5 Rebars are set at each property corner.
• Error of closure exceeds I": 10000,
• Purpose of this replat is to change the front building as approved
by Board of Adjustments File No. Z-8474.
• Easements shown hereon are taken from original plat.
