AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS
That whereas the undersigned, James F. Allen, Deborah Allen, Mark Gaydos and
Amy Gaydos being the sole owners of the following described land situated in the City
of Little Rock, County of Pulaski and the State of Arkansas, to wit;
Lots 207 & 211, Kingwood Place and addition to the City of Little Rock,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas (Recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 153, in the
Pulaski County Court House, Little Rock, Arkansas).
Whereas, it is desirable that the property be Replated shown on the recorded Replat..
NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That the Owners have caused said tract of land to be surveyed and a Replat made
thereof, and by the signature of the land surveyor, Duane I. Reel, and said Owners; and
bears a certificate of approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission. The
filing of the Bill of Assurance and Replat for record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and
Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas shall be a valid and complete delivery
and dedication of the easements subject to the limitations set forth in the original Bill of
Assurance.
The sole purpose of this Replat is to increase the size or the rear yard of Lot 211
and decrease the size if the rear yard of Lot 207. All of the restrictions, set -back lines and
easements of the original Bill of Assurance will remain unchanged. .
In order to file the strongest assurance and lasting perpetuation of all things herein
contained, it is agreed that this Bill of Assurance be recorded in the office of the Recorder
of Deeds of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
