KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WHEREAS, Wilson Development Co. LLC, hereinafter called "Grantor", is the
owner of the following described property:
Lots 105, 106 and 107, Phase i, Brodie Creek Community, Little
Rock, Arkansas, recorded as Plat #E-745 in the office of the Circuit
County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
AND WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable and necessary to replat portions of said lands.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantor has caused said lands to be surveyed by McGetrick &
McGetrick, Inc., Engineers and Land Surveyors, and a plat made thereof identified by the title
"Lots 105R and 107R, A Replat of Lots 105, 106 and 107 Phase I, Brodie Creek Community,
Little Rock, Arkansas". The plat bears the signatures of Patrick M. McGetrick, Registered
Professional Engineer, and Robert C. Lowe, Jr., Registered Professional Land Surveyor, the
signature of the Grantor and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning
Commission and is filed for record as Plat # F -81 o in the records of the Circuit County
Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The filing of this plat for record shall constitute a complete and valid delivery of any and
all easements and/or rights -of -way which may be shown on the plat.
The lands embraced by the plat shall be forever known as "Lots 105R and 107R, A Replat
of Lots 105,106 and 107, Phase I, Brodie Creek Community, Little Rock, Arkansas" and every
deed of conveyance shall bear the lot designations as indicated on the plat.
All Building Codes and Zoning Ordinances of the City of Little Rock shall be applicable.

All other provisions of the Original Bill of Assurance for Phase I, Brodie Creek
Community, Little Rock, Arkansas, recorded as Document # 96-6683 5 in the records of the
Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has affixed its signature this Vq day of
