The filing of this plat for record shall constitute a complete and valid delivery of any and
all easements, building lines, and/or rights -of -way which may be shown or designated on the plat.
The lands embraced by the plat shall be forever known as "Lot 1, Greyrock Subdivision,
Little Rock, Arkansas" and all future conveyances shall refer to the lot number(s) as designated on
the plat.
