The adoption and approval of and the filing of this Proposed Amendment in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, shall be a complete dedication of the replated Lot 3R. Any conveyance of such lot as replated shall be proper and sufficient description thereof. All lots shall be sold subject to the Bill of Assurance, as amended, filed and recorded in the Office of the Circuit clerk and Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
