East along said Easterly right-of-way line 632.89 feet to the Southerly right-of-way line of
Hermitage Road; thence South 87037'46" East along said Southerly right-of-way line 105.61
feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of Financial Centre Parkway (120' R/W);
thence along said Southerly right-of-way line on a curve to the left having a radius of
1098.37 feet, an arc length of 330.40 feet and a chord which bears South 78°17' 10" East
329.15 feet; thence South 86°56'22" Fast along said Southerly right-of-way line 182.55 feet
to a point on the East line of said Tract 39; thence South 01°09'37" West along said East line
575.96 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 8.398 acres, more or less.
