THAT WHEREAS, Otter Creek Land Co., hereinafter called "Grantor", is the owner of
the following described property:
Lots 749 and 750, Phase I, The Hills Subdivision, Otter Creek
Community, Little Rock, Arkansas, recorded as Plat E-723 in the
records of the Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
AND WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable and necessary to replat said lands.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantor has caused said lands to be surveyed by McGetrick
Engineering, Inc., Engineers and Land Surveyors, and a plat made thereof identified by the title
"Lot 749R and 750R, Being a Replat of Lots 749 and 750, Phase I, The Hills Subdivision, Otter
Creek Community, Little Rock, Arkansas". The plat bears the signatures of Patrick M.
McGetrick, Registered Professional Engineer, and Robert C. Lowe, Jr., Registered Professional
