Dear Richard:
Please find enclosed two (2) copies of the above referenced replat.
The owner, Mr. Jim Woodruff, currently lives at #2 Lenon Place and owns both lots 1
& 2 of the subdivision. Mr. Woodruff is wanting to build a new home on Lot 1 but
with a replat of the two lots to provide Lot 1 with the same depth as his current
residence on Lot 2.
Please review the proposal at your convenience, and advise of the best course of
action for Mr. Woodruff. If you have any questions concerning the proposed replat,
please do not hesitate to call.
