McGetrick, Registered Professional Engineer, the signature of the Grantor, a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is filed for record in the office of the Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as Plat 9 1-01:0 _ '7�. The recordation of this plat shall be a complete and valid delivery of any and all easements and or rights of way shown on the plat.
