WHEREAS, Ted Upshaw is the sole owner of the following described
property Lots 29,30,31 and 32 an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County
Arkansas, and a desire to re plat said lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That I, the said Ted Upshaw hereinafter termed grantor have caused said
tract of land to be surveyed by Paul M. White, Registered Professional Surveyor, and a
plat thereof made which is identified by the title Lots, 30R, 31R and 32R, Governors
Manor Addition the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and the date
September 29, 2010 and by the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantor, and
bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is
on record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, in Plat Book �'- Page and the grantor does hereby make this Bill of
Assurance. This Bill of Assurance shall become a part of a Bill of Assurance for the
Governors Manor PDR recorded and filed on Page 751 in Book H. All other provisions
shall remain the same.
The grantor does hereby certify that have re -platted said real estate in accordance
with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on
said plat, and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation and
shall be subject to the covenants, conditions, reservations and restrictions contained in
Bill of Assurance filed for record and recorded in Deed Book H, Page 751; records of
Pulaski County, Arkansas.
