purposes. A portion of Tract D will be conveyed by final matting of Phase I to
the owner of the property east of and adjacent to said Tract D for the purpose
of providing future street access.
12. Sanitary sewer easements shown herein are 10 feet in width. Storm drainage
easements depicted hereon are generally 10 feet in width except where greater
widths are required to avoid abrupt changes in ditch alignment.
13. All utility easements required for telephone, power, gas, and CAN will be determined
during final design of each development phase and final platted for each phase
in accordance with respective utility owner requirement.
