WHEREAS, Grantor, City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is the owner of the
following described land lying in Pulaski County, Arkansas, to wit:

28.09 FEET TO A FOUND 1/2" REBAR AT THE NW CORNER OF TRACT C AREA 203 OF
LITTLE ROCK PORT INDUSTRIAL PARK, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AS RECORDED IN THE
CIRCUIT CLERK'S OFFICE, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS PLAT BOOK G PAGE 183;
THENCE N78048'32"E 322.19 FEET TO A FOUND 1/2" REBAR AT THE NE CORNER OF
SAID TRACT C; THENCE N78049'55"E 100.00 FEET TO A FOUND 1/2" REBAR AT THE
POINT OF BEGINNING BEING AT THE NE CORNER OF A PARCEL OF LAND RECORDED IN
DOCUMENT # 2002169391 IN THE SAID CIRCUIT CLERK'S OFFICE; THENCE

RAILROAD SPUR TRACK FOR A DISTANCE OF 499.65 FEET TO THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY
LINE OF LINDSEY ROAD; THENCE ALONG THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY OF LINDSEY ROAD
S78049'55"W 416.71 FEET TO A FOUND 1/2" REBAR BEING AT THE SE CORNER OF A
PARCEL OF LAND RECORDED IN SAID DOCUMENT # 2002169391; THENCE N11°10145"W
380.10 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; SAID PARCEL OF LAND CONTAINING 3.095
ACRES MORE OR LESS.
AND, WHEREAS, it is deemed desirable that the above property be now
subdivided as shown on the attached replat of a portion of Area 203 and that
said property be held, owned and conveyed as replatted;
NOW THEREFORE, Grantor, City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for and in
consideration of the benefits to accrue to it, which benefits it
acknowledges to be of value, has caused to be made the Plat hereto attached
showing survey made August 16, 2005 signed by Walter H Spaul, Registered
Professional Engineer, and Registered Land Surveyor, and bearing a
Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and
showing the bounds and dimensions of the property now being platted, and by
the signature of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, in Plat Book Page , the Grantor does
hereby make this Bill of Assurance.

The land embraced in said Plat shall be forever known as "Tract D, Area
203, Little Rock Port Industrial Park of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas",
and any and every deed of conveyance describing the property by the letters
and numbers shown on said Plat shall always be deemed a sufficient
description thereof.
Iron pins have been set or found on all corners of the property being
platted. In the event of minor discrepancies between the dimensions or
distances as disclosed by the established pins, the pins as set shall
control.
Said property herein platted and any interest therein, shall be held,
owned and conveyed subject to and in conformity with the covenants and
restrictions contained in that certain Amendment of Bill of Assurance filed
for record by Grantor on the 13th day of December, 1996, in the office of
the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, and
appearing of record as instrument 96 85228, as amended.
The considerations set forth are hereby approved by the City of Little
Rock Planning Commission. Any additional requirements, restrictions or
statements are entered without review or action by the Planning Commission
and shall not be considered part of the Little Rock Planning Commission's
requirements for plat approval.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has hereunto affixed its seal and
caused these presents to be executed by its duly authorized official.

On this day before me, a Notary Public, duly commissioned, qualified and
acting within and for the State and County aforesaid, appeared the within
named Jim Dailey, Mayor of Little Rock, and who has been designated to
execute the above instrument, to me personally well known, who stated that
he was duly authorized in his capacities to execute the foregoing instrument
for and in the name and behalf of City of Little Rock, and further stated
and acknowledged that he had so signed, executed and delivered said
foregoing instrument for the consideration, uses and purposes therein
mentioned and set forth.
