B. Existinq Conditions
This site is located in the industrial port area. It
is bounded on the north by the Arkansas River.
Existing railroad spurs abut the property on the west.
Old Fourche Creek is apparent on the southwest and a
100' AP&L easement with a transmission tower runs
through the center of the property.
