EASEMENT County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows :
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the NWY4 SEY4, Section 16, Town-
ship 1 North, Range 11 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian; thence along
the East line of the NW'/. SE% of said Section 16, S 010 30' 52" W, 11.64
feet; thence N 880 29' 08" W, 96.50 feet to the Point of Beginning, said
point being on the West right -of way line of Fourche Dam Pike; thence
continuing along said West right -of way line S 010 30' 52" W, 237.90 feet;
thence along a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 100-00 feet
and a chord bearing and distanca of S 380 10' 52" W, 119.43 feet to a
point on the North right-of-way line of Lindsey Road; thence continuing
along said North right-of-way line, S 74o 50' 52" W, 46.44 feet; thence
' N 150 05' 08" W, 313.71 feet to a point on the South right-of-way line of
the Little Rock Port Railroad; thence along said South right-of-way line
N 780 47' 32" E, 210.60 feet to the Point of Beginning, and containing
1.148 acres (50,000 square feet), more or less.
